Refund Policy

Any capitalized terms used in this Refund Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with their definitions as set forth in the Terms of Use.

  1. Refund for the monthly Subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund if you have informed us within 14 (fourteen) days of your last payment using your right to withdraw. Refunds will only be available for the most recent paid month. Any payments made prior to the latest payment will not be refunded.
  2. A refund is not available if the request for a refund is submitted more than 14 (fourteen) days following the latest payment. This refusal to process a refund is based on your prior express agreement with the loss of your right to cancel.
  3. There are exceptions to this policy in cases where technical issues have caused damage or inconvenience to users. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Refund for the annual Subscription. If you have paid for a subscription plan for 12 months, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. This period starts from the date of purchase of the annual plan.
  5. After the cooling-off period, you will be eligible for a partial refund for any unused portion of the plan. You can request a partial refund only within the first 6 months (180 days) after payment for the full 12-month duration. Only the number of months you haven't used, rounded up to a full month, will be returned, excluding any discounts or promotions that may have been applied to your plan.
  6. For the purposes of this policy, the "unexpired period" refers to the remaining duration of the active subscription plan, starting from the date of activation. The unexpired period of a subscription plan is rounded up to a full calendar month.
  7. No refunds will be issued after 180 days from the purchase date.
  8. For example, if a user submits a request for a refund within the first 3 weeks of an 12-month subscription, the refund would be applicable for the remaining 11 months of the plan. The calculation of the refund amount would be as follows: the value of the first month of the subscription period that has already been used would be deducted from the total payment amount, without considering any discounts. Therefore, the user would receive a refund equivalent to the payment for 11 months, minus the payment for one month, excluding any discounts applied.
  9. If you have made a payment for the subscription plan through the Apple App Store, please contact Apple to request a refund. Your relationship with Apple is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and information on the refund policy can be found here.
  10. If you have made a payment for the subscription plan through the Google Play, please contact Google to request a refund. Your relationship with Google is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and information on the refund policy can be found here.
  11. You may take advantage of a refund only once. If your request for a refund is approved, no further contest, request, dispute, or transaction reversal with Elirox or any other third-party payment provider will be available to you.
  12. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment or its equivalent, based on the market rate at the time of the refund. Subscription plans paid for in cryptocurrencies are non-refundable.
  13. With your consent, we may offer alternative compensation in lieu of a refund, such as a discount on future services, an extended subscription period, or an upgraded plan with enhanced benefits.
  14. Elirox is not liable for any fees or charges that may be imposed by your payment provider in connection with the processing of the refund transfer.
  15. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is not refundable for used periods.
