How to connect any broker with Elirox Pro
If you have an Elirox Pro subscription plan, you can connect any trading broker account to the Elirox app, not just the partner ones. This guide explains how to set it up step by step.
Step 1: Go to the Settings menu
Open the Elirox app and navigate to the Settings menu. Find the Connections option and press it. This section acts as your personal trading center for managing all your broker connections.
Step 2: Add a new account
Find and press the Add New Account button.
Step 3: Select manual connection
Under the All Brokers section, choose the Manual Connection option.
Step 4: Pick your broker
Scroll through the list and choose your broker.
Step 5: Enter broker credentials
Fill in the required details for your broker. These may vary depending on the one you choose, but they typically include:
- Broker Name
- Server Name or IP Address
- Account Login
- Password (this may refer to your broker account itself or trading account, depending on the broker).
Simply go to the ‘Accounts’ tab on your broker’s website or app, and use the information for the account you want to connect.
Please note that only accounts with MetaTrader5 (MT5) servers can be connected to the app.
The version of MetaTrader can be identified by the name of the server, as shown in the picture below.
Typing in the broker’s name and server name or IP address is required only in the case of a manual connection after selecting Add My Broker.
If you’re connecting a broker from the list, a number of possible servers will appear automatically during the connection process. Select the one specified in the settings of your trading account. **
If the server you need is not included, please contact our support team, and we will add it for you. You can also enter the name of the server yourself manually by pressing the button under the list of servers. This ensures your trading work continues without delay.
Step 6: Connect your account
Once you’ve entered all the details, press Connect. The connection process usually takes up to 5 minutes. If it doesn’t work, double-check your credentials and try again.
Step 7: Confirm the connection
When your broker account is connected, it will show up on the Accounts page in the Elirox app.
